Healthy Pets of Rome Hilliard is a full-service veterinary hospital rich in veterinary history. We provide medical, dental, surgical, boarding and grooming services, as well as laser, endoscopy and ultrasound services. Several of our doctors have completed advanced training in the areas of orthopedics, soft tissue surgery, ultrasonography, cytology and behavior as well as “furry pocket pet” care.
In addition to state-of-the-art medical care, we offer boarding and grooming services. It is the goal of our specially trained kennel staff to keep your best friend happy and healthy while you’re away. Be sure to take advantage of our grooming services while your pet is vacationing with us too. From a simple wash and trim to custom cuts, our experienced professional groomer can take care of all of your pet’s grooming needs.
We have seven veterinary technicians to assist our doctors in providing medical services and care to all patients entering into our facility. Our technicians run blood work, perform dental cleanings and X-rays, assist in ultrasounds, place I.V. catheters, read microscope slides and do all surgical preparations for our doctors. They attend many hours of continuing education to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest technologies and procedures in order to better assist with your pet’s health care.
Our reception assistant and kennel staff works with the doctors, technicians and owners to ensure that all patients entering our facility, whether to have a medical service or to stay for boarding, receive the best care possible.
